John Thomas Watts

Jonesville Mr. John Thomas Watts, 62, passed away Thursday, May 03, 2018 at SECU Hospice Home of Yadkin. Mr. Watts was born September 22, 1955 in Wilkes County to the Charlie and Betty Wood Watts. He was a member of Bessie’s Chapel Baptist Church. In addition to his father, Mr. Watts was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leah Rose Caudle. He is survived by his mother; his loving wife of 39 years, Paula Stanley Watts; two daughters, Rebekah (Timothy) Caudle and Rosanna (Ryan) Teal; two grandchildren, Aaron Caudle and Maggie Teal; and two sisters, Kathy (Doug) Wingler and Rose Mary (Dennis) Staley. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00PM, Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Bessie’s Chapel Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Ralph Grose officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00PM, prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mtn.
