Johnny Dale Anderson

Mocksville Johnny Dale Anderson, 67, of Mocksville, died Tuesday morning, October 18, 2022 at his home. He was born in Rowan County on September 10, 1955 to Albert Jackson and Pauline Ireland Anderson. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Margaret Brown and Diane Smith; and by a brother, Glenn Anderson. He is survived by two sons, Barry (Leah) Anderson and Brandon (Sherry) Anderson; Grandchildren, Dakota Anderson, Ty Anderson, Stetson Anderson, Hayley Anderson, Oleander Swink, Aydon Conner, and Elijah Conner; his brothers, Larry (Janie) Anderson and Terry Anderson, and several nieces and nephews. His memorial service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Gentry Funeral Chapel with Pastor Cliff Wall officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00PM prior to the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 1427 Edgewood Drive, Suite 101, Mt.
