Joseph Andrew Chulick

Joseph Andrew Chulick, 37, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020. He was born July 18, 1982 in Cambria County, Pennsylvania to Joseph “Joe” Stephen Chulick and Patricia “Patti” Maureen Costlow Chulick. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George T. Chulick, and Theresa Roseann Chulick; maternal grandparents, Eugene Bernard Costlow, and Bertha May Costlow. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Layla Rose Chulick; sister, Veronica Marie Chulick Williams (Thomas); nephew, Samuel Caleb Williams; and the mother of his child, Sherry Shelton. Mr. Chulick was a very good pencil sketch artist and he enjoyed playing his guitar. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 525 Camden Dr., Statesville, NC, 28677.
