Hamptonville Mr. J.P. Adams, 86, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Adams was born April 21, 2934 in Yadkin County to the late James and Connie Blankenship Adams. He enjoyed mowing and hanging out at Hamptonville Grocery with his buddies. Mr. Adams is survived by two daughters, Dawn (Jackie) Hunter and Laykin Adams; a grandson, Ryan Disher; and five great grandchildren, Ebony, Emma, Kadey, Ryan Jr. and Dallas. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 USA. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Yadkin County EMC, Dr. Church Harris and Kara & Jamie at Forsyth CICU for the loving care given to Mr. Adams.
