MT. AIRY - El Sr. Juan Pineda García, de 72 años, de Inglewood Road falleció pacíficamente el martes 30 de abril de 2024 en Forsyth Medical Center. Nació el 2 de mayo de 1951 en México, hijo del fallecido Estevan Pineda y Josefina García. El Sr. Pineda estuvo jubilado después de trabajar varios años en la industria avícola. Le encantaba ver fútbol y era un fiel hincha de Cruz Azul. Su familia y amigos eran importantes para él y le encantaba hacer tamales, beber sus Pepsi y fumar sus Marlboro con cada uno de ellos. Le sobreviven su esposa, María Luisa Maya; sus hijos, Verónica Pineda y su esposo, Gerardo Amaro Fuentes; Hugo Pineda; Lucerito Pineda y esposo, Luis Alberto Narváez; sus nietos, Miranda Narvaez, Chrystian Pineda, Priscilla Narvaez, Olivia Amaro Pineda, Luisito Narvaez, Milan Narvaez; y sus hermanos y hermanas, Enriqueta Quiñónez , Graciela Quiñónez, Flavio Quiñónez, Blanca Quiñónez, Paula Quiñónez y José Quiñónez. La familia recibirá amigos de 6:00 a. m. a 11:30 a. m. el sábado en Gentry Family Funeral Service en Yadkinville. Una misa de cuerpo presente el sábado a las 12:00 p. m. en la iglesia católica Divine Redeemer en Boonville a cargo del padre Jean Pierre Swamunu Lhoposo. Seguirá el entierro en el cementerio de Yadkinville.

MT. AIRY - Mr. Juan Pineda Garcia, 72, of Inglewood Road passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 2, 1951 in Mexico to the late Estevan Pineda and Josefina Garcia. Mr. Pineda was retired from working several years in the poultry industry. He loved watching soccer and was a faithful Cruz Azul Fan. His family and friends were important to him and he loved making tamales, drinking his Pepsi’s, and smoking his Marlboro’s with each of them. Surviving are his wife, Maria Luisa Maya; his children, Veronica Pineda and husband, Gerardo Amaro Fuentes; Hugo Pineda; Lucerito Pineda and husband, Luis Alberto Narvaez; his grandchildren, Miranda Narvaez, Chrystian Pineda, Priscilla Narvaez, Olivia Amaro Pineda, Luisito Narvaez, Milan Narvaez; and his brothers and sisters, Enriqueta Quinonez, Graciela Quinonez, Flavio Quinonez, Blanca Quinonez, Paula Quinonez, and Jose Quinonez. The family will receive friends from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM Saturday at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A Funeral Mass will be 12:00 PM Saturday at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church in Boonville by Father Jean Pierre Swamunu Lhoposo. Interment will follow in Yadkinville Cemetery.Saturday, May 4, 2024
