Cain Yadkinville - Mrs. Judy Claudine “Jackie” Cain, 78, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1939, in Georgia, to the late Bernice Johnson Phillips. Mrs. Cain is survived by her husband, Jerry Robert Cain; three children, Robbie (Lisa) Cain, Kimberly (Keith) Russell, Tracie (Kyle) Agha; grandchildren, Bridget Cain, Kurry Russell, Kristian Russell, Kyad Agha, Kasen Agha; great grandchildren, Kyra Akbas, Areonna Akbas, and Kaden Sheffield; sister, Patsy (Charles) Stone; brothers, Jerry (Kathy) Phillips, Jimmy (Sandy) Phillips. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Cain was also preceded in death by two sisters, Peggy Southard and Bettye Smith. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 5, 2017, in the Gentry Family Chapel at 4:00 pm with Rev. Will Hamrick officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Yadkin Memorial Gardens. Jackie and Jerry enjoyed 60 years of marriage. They were committed to each other and their family. Jackie enjoyed watching hummingbirds from her front porch, feeding birds, and enjoying the beautiful flowers in her many flower gardens. She loved her grandchildren and seeing them excel in their many adventures in life. Jackie had an infectious smile and everyone who came in contact with her loved her. The family would like to give a special thank you to Bayada Home Health, New Horizons Home Care, and to CNA Kendra Carter for the special care she gave.
