Judy Taylor Smith

Judy Taylor Smith of East Bend, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her loving family on July 25, 2022 after a brief illness. Judy was born in High Point, NC on November 21, 1942 to Charlie “Jack” Taylor and Alice Tucker Taylor Judy was preceded in death by her devoted husband Terre M. Smith, her parents, her sister Yvonne T. Davis (Donald) and her brother Larry J. Taylor. Living to cherish her memory is her daughter Robin Mikles (Ronnie), Parker Normann (Kel) and Todd Smith. Grandchildren Rebecca Dellinger-Johnston (Lucas), Allie D. Norman (Russell), Taylor Smith, Carson Thomas (Joe), Cameron Smith, and Jordan Paderick (Murphy); four great grandchildren, Liam Johnston, Mary Charles Paderick, Parker Paderick, and Grayson Paderick. Judy worked as a Reservation Assistant at Piedmont Airlines and Us Air until she retired early and became a full time homemaker. Judy was a talented seamstress and truly enjoyed making her home beautiful and comfortable. Her family and friends enjoyed her amazing sense of humor and spend many hours giggling and laughing with Judy. The family will receive friends at the East Bend Gentry Family Funeral Service at 428 E. Main Street in East Bend, NC on July 28, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A memorial service will be held on July 29, 2022 at 2:00pm Gentry Family Chapel in East Bend. Her graveside service will be private.
