Julia Ann Craver passed away September 06, 2024 at Yadkin Nursing Center where she had resided since March of this year.
Julia was born in Yadkin County May 28, 1957 to Mr. Charles Tatem Craver and Mrs. Nellie Frazier Craver. She is survived by her three siblings: Avis Nell (Russell) Craver Miller of Boonville, Charles Wesley (Marcia) Craver of Pfafftown, and David Henry (Monica) Craver of Boonville; her aunt, Marie Frazier Hailey of Boonville; along with, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Julia was a 1976 graduate of Starmount High School and life-long member of Boonville Baptist Church where she volunteered in the church nursery and children’s Sunday school classes. Following high school, Julia was employed in her family’s business in Boonville, Craver Handle Co.
Julia enjoyed going to yard sales and antique shops to collect glassware, toys, dolls, vintage books and magazines, and various other collectables. Julia enjoyed visits with her family, sharing meals and relaxing evenings watching classic movies and just being together. Julia was devoted to her parents and was instrumental in caring for her late mother who was Blessed to be able to remain in her home until her passing in 2016.
Julia will be missed by her family and friends and all wish for God’s perpetual light to forever shine upon her.
Family will receive visitors starting at 11:00 am Tuesday the 10th at Boonville Baptist Church. A service will be held following the visitation with Rev. Mark Elmore officiating and the committal will be held following the service at Boonville Cemetery.
