Karmen Jensen Buie

Ms. Karmen Jensen Buie, 24, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Thomasville Medical Center. Karmen was born July 9, 1996 in Forsyth County to David Raye Buie, Jr. and Teresa Hudspeth Buie. She was a graduate of Starmount High School, where she was a cheerleader and played softball. Karmen had an infectious smile that would light up a room. She had a joyful laugh and a kind heart. Karmen was preceded in death by her step-grandmother, Jane Hudspeth, and a brother, Aaron Christopher Buie. In addition to her parents, Karmen is survived by her step mother, Ann Buie; two brothers, Trey Buie, and Andrew (Sarah) Buie; a step brother, Taylor (Jeanette) Muckerman; two step sisters, Chelsea (Brent) Raymer, and McKenzie Muckerman; grandparents, David & Faye Buie, and Bill Joe Hudspeth; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted at 4:00PM, Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville with Brother Dan Buie officiating. Burial will follow at Swan Creek Baptist Church cemetery. Karmen will be available for public viewing Wednesday, Feb. 17th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gentry Funeral Service in Jonesville.
