Kenneth Wayne Moore

Kenneth Wayne Moore, 84, went to meet his Heavenly Father on March 16, 2023. He was born December 2, 1938 in Forsyth County to the late Tannard Moore and Mabel Shaw Holt. Mr. Moore was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Lewisville. Kenneth loved to deer hunt, he was a true outdoorsman, loved gardening, and could build anything. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marion Rogers; brothers Herman Moore, Garvey Moore; daughter in law Donna Patterson Moore. Surviving are his wife of 62 years Vallie Novella Moore; two sons Wayne Moore, Michael (Lori) Moore; grandchildren Justin (Spencer) Moore, Dustin Moore. Jessi Ann Moore, Tanner (Carlie) Moore; great grandchild Shelby Kate Moore; sister Shirley Moore; brother James Moore; brother in laws Brady Davis, Jim (Deloris) Davis. The Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday March 19, 2023 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. His funeral will be conducted at 12:00 PM Monday march 20, 2023 at the Gentry Family Chapel in East Bend by Rev. Josh Boles. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family would like to say a very special thanks to Dr. Louis Valente and their church family for the loving care given to Mr. Moore.  Gentry Family Funeral service in East Bend is serving the Moore family.
