Kenneth Mitchell Rhodes

Rhodes Yadkinville-Mr. Kenneth Mitchell Rhodes, 49, of Yadkinville, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021. He was born in Yadkin County on February 10, 1972 to Kenneth Ray and Linda Wells. Mr. Rhodes attended Southside Baptist Church. He never met a stranger and had a lot of fisherman friends and he was close to his brother and sisters. He was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. His pride and joy was his little Shih Tzu “Little Boy.” Kenneth was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his mother, Linda Wells and friend Rodney; his Fiancee’, Tammy Plowman; a brother, Stephen E. (Donna) Rhodes; two sisters, Tina C. (Frankie) Icenhour and Crystal D. (Blaine) Lynch; Niece, Angelica Icenhour; and Nephews, Todd Rhodes, Darius Rhodes, Michael Tweedie, and Jonathan Loflin. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00PM at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Hayes and Preacher Matthew Wyatt officiating.
