Larry Davis Shoffner

Larry Davis Shoffner, 70, passed away Tuesday December 12, 2017. Mr. Shoffner was born August 26, 1947 in Davie County to the late Hubert and Mannie Harris Shoffner. Mr. Shoffner loved rabbit hunting and crappie fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Jeanette Green; a brother Commie Lee Shoffner. Surviving are his wife Amy Gray Shoffner of the home; children Karen Martin, Eddie (Amy) Shoffner, Freddie (Mary) Shoffner; fifteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers Roger (Cathie) Shoffner, Mike (Michelle) Shoffner; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday December 14, 2017 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday December 15, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. Benny Adams. Burial will follow at the Shoffner family cemetery.
