Yadkinville-Linda Kaye Hayes Baity, 72, of Yadkinville, died Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at her home. She was born in Forsyth County on March 4, 1949 to Paul and Leona Marion Hayes. Linda loved to garden, cook, and her crafts. She was a mother to everyone and the light of her world was her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Larry, Gray, and Roger Hayes; a sister, Gaynell Collins; a grandson, Braxton Childress; and her beloved Pomeranian,  Rambo. She is survived by her husband, Harold G. Baity; her children, Dana (Shannon) Conrad, and Larry “Tommy” (Cynthia) McGee; step-children, Dean and Gina Baity; grandchildren, Savannah Childress, Seth Childress, Adam Conrad, Thomas Conrad, Hunter Conrad, Caleb McGee, Joslyn McGee, Marinah Gowder, Nicholas Gowder, Noah Gowder, Amelia Baity, and Alisha Baity. Her graveside service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 1:00PM at Turner’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Scott Welch officiating.
