Maizen Lee James Martinez

Elkin Infant Maizen Lee James Martinez passed away Friday December 17, 2021 at Brenner Children’s Hospital. Maizen was born Monday, November 29, 2021 to Laura Nikole Costanzi and Nathaniel Lee Martinez. In addition to his parents, Maizen is survived by his siblings, Alayah Amos, Aaden Amos, and his twin brother, Marvello Martinez; grandparents, Laura Carter, Patrick Costanzi, Angela Hicks, and Mauricio Martinez; great grandparents, Brenda & Ron Carter and Pearl & James Hicks; and aunts and uncles, Anthony & Sarah Costanzi and Samuel & Maressa Martinez. A private service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Brenner Children’s Hospital, Mtn. Park Elementary School, and all their friends & family for the love and support shown during this difficult time. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Martinez family.
