Margaret Jo Patterson Taylor

Pfafftown – Margaret Jo Patterson Taylor, 81, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020. She was born May 14, 1939 in Yadkin County to the late Dallas Graham Patterson and Addie Hunt Patterson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Ross Taylor; brother, Bud Patterson. Surviving are her children, Steven Taylor, Martie (Earl) Butler; grandchildren, Harrison Ross Butler, Julia Taylor Butler; sister, Doris Ann Patterson. Margaret will lie in state from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. A private service will be held at a later date. Margaret was a spirited lady who loved her friends and family. The family would like to give a special thanks to Carolyn Haiman and Martha “Tootsie” Phillips who enabled Margaret to enjoy the final years of her life.
