Maria Soliz Garza

Maria Soliz Garza, 70, passed away Saturday November 16, 2019. Mrs. Garza was born May 22, 1949 to the late Pedro Soliz and Trenidad Tungoma. Maria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and loving caregiver to the elderly for over 40 years. Surviving are her husband Raynaldo Leal Garza; her children Marcus Zamaora, Laura (Andres) Ferrera, Michelle (Barry) Groce, David (Luanne) Zamora; grandchildren Angelica Almaraz, Lucas (Baylee) Zamora, Joshua Drane, Michael Groce, Donna Blevins, Tiffany Blevins, Maria Zamora, Vannesa Zamora, Isabel Ferrera, Isreal Ferrera, Jacob Zamora, Ambri Zamora, Jeremiah Zamora. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Her funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday November 21, 2019 at Gentry Family Chapel by Pastor Chris Leab and Pastor Michael Watson. Burial will follow at Yadkin Memorial Gardens. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff of Forsyth Medical Center, Derrick L. Davis Regional Cancer Center, Dr. Eugene Paschold, Dr. Jonathan McGuirt, and Paula Norman for the loving care given to Mrs. Garza.
