Mary "Kathy" Katherin McBride

Lewisville Mary Katherine “Kathy” McBride, 70, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020. Miss McBride was born March 23, 1950 in Forsyth County to the late Henry and Wilma McBride. In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her partner of 38 years, Ronnie Gaultey, Sr.; two brothers-in-law, Carl Keaton and William Dinkins. Kathy is survived by her loving stepson, Ronnie (Misty) Gaultey, Jr. of Rockwell, NC and seven grandchildren; four sisters, Monica Keaton, Barbara Blakley, Martha (James) DeHart, all of Lewisville and Linda Dinkins of Yadkinville; several beloved nieces and nephews. Kathy is at peace now and rejoicing in her heavenly home with Jesus Christ her Savior. Kathy was a member of Union Unites Methodist Church in Lewisville, NC. Due to Covid-19, no public service will be held. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and dedication that Trellis Supportive Care provided to Kathy and her family. The family requests that memorials be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane Winston Salem, NC 27103. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the McBride family.
