Mary Lee Reavis Wiles

Mary Lee Reavis Wiles, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 1, 2019.  She was born in Yadkin County on March 1, 1930, the daughter of the late Henry and Betty Bell Trivette Reavis. She was of the Baptist faith. She retired from Drexel Heritage Furniture. In her younger years, she enjoyed being a homemaker and growing beautiful flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Cecil S. Wiles, five sisters: Nellie Reynolds, Eva Hoots, Sallie Wishon Connell, Martha Wiles, Ruby Whitaker, and a brother, Earnest Reavis. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Wiles Long (Jimmy) and a son, Thomas C. Wiles (Teresa). Granddaughters: Jennifer Long Stanley and Tiffany Wiles Hall (Brian), four great grandchildren: Alexandria Stanley, Connor Stanley, Madison Hall, and Brianna Hall. Several nieces and nephews with special nieces and nephews: Peggy Wiles Morales and her daughter Tina Hall, Linda Wiles Welborn, Carol Whitaker Jackson, Jimmy Hoots and Chris Whitaker and her loved fur baby, Bella. A graveside service will be held Monday, August 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, 2132 Brandon Hills Road, in Yadkinville, NC, by Pastor Jon White and James Anderson from Freedom Baptist Church in Rural Hall, NC. The family wishes to thank all of the staff at Village Care of King, NC, the Novant Health Pulmonary medical team and Novant Health Palliative Care for their care and support during the last eight months.
