Mateo Joaquin Angel Hernandez

Jonesville Infant Mateo Joaquin Angel Hernandez passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Mateo was born June 27, 2017 in Forsyth County to Hernaldo Angel Hernandez and Martina Maria Tierrablanca.  In addition to his parents, Mateo is survived by two brothers, Hernaldo Angel Hernandez and Felix Angel Hernandez; several grandparents, aunts,  uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maria Felix Hernandez and Epigmenio Tierrablanca.  A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00PM, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home.  The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Forsyth Medical Center NICU and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center PICU for the loving care given to Mateo.
