Michael Anthony Varner

Boonville Mr. Michael Anthony Varner, 59, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his home. Mr. Varner was born February 14, 1958 in Forsyth County to the late Keith and Carolyn Adams Varner. Mr. Varner enjoyed photography and hiking. He was an avid guitar player and carpenter. Mr. Varner is survived by his fiancé, Jo Couse; two step children, Nikki Montgomery and Jessica Colbert; grandchildren, Tailey, Alley, Ian, Jason Nicholas, and Mia; a great grandchild, Vera; two uncles, Acey and Joe Adams; one aunt, Carolyn Ring; and a special cousin, Sherry Adams Staton. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00PM, Sunday September 24, 2017 at Gentry Family Chapel with Rev. Stephen Evans officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
