Mildred Proper DeWees

Boonville Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Proper DeWees, 60, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at her home. Mrs. DeWees was born February 4, 1959 in Catskill, NY to Frank Proper and Betty Pemerton. She enjoyed collecting old pottery and crystals. She also enjoyed watching the Twilight series. Mrs. Dewees is survived by her husband of 27 years, Robert Kevin DeWees; two step children, Bobby DeWees and Tiffany DeWees; three grandchildren, Ashley DeWees, Hallee DeWees and Orion Fielder; and a brother, John Proper.   A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the DeWees family.
