Nancy Warden Cranfill

Mrs. Nancy Carol Warden Cranfill, 79, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She was born June 30, 1945 in Forsyth County to the late Maxwell Bruce Warden and Nettie Belle Reavis Warden. Mrs. Cranfill enjoyed her cats and dogs, going yard selling, and Goodwill shopping. In her early years, she was the business manager of the family business in Yadkinville, Warden Furniture and Clothing. Nancy was one of the first 911 dispatchers in Yadkin County, while also serving as a paramedic. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Gray Wilkins Cranfill; her sons, David Cranfill (Jamie), Tony Cranfill (Carly); grandchildren, Rylee Cranfill (fiancé Alex Noriega), Isaac Cranfill. The family will receive friends, Friday, April 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM in the Gentry Family Chapel with Rev. James Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Courtney Baptist Church Cemetery.
