Nancy was an active member of Prospect Methodist Church, helping with Christmas Bazaars, chicken pie dinner fundraisers, her Ladies’ Circle, and whatever else needed doing to support her Church. She was a caring neighbor, friend, colleague, favorite Aunt and Great-Aunt, and a pleasure to all who knew her. Nancy was famous for sending greeting cards for all occasions, and remembering every birthday, wedding anniversary and graduation for twenty-three nieces and nephews, plus a myriad of other family members and friends!
Nancy and Trasker moved to the Yadkin Nursing Center Assisted Living after they both retired, making new friends and staying in touch with family and friends. The family acknowledges with gratitude the kindness and caring Nancy received from the staff.
