Nathaniel "Nathan" Alexander Kennedy

Nathaniel “Nathan” Alexander Kennedy, 36, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022. He was born April 25, 1986 in Beckley, West Virginia to the late Jesse Dean Kennedy and Kathryn Tyree Kennedy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Edith and Ronald Tyree, and paternal grandparents, Stewart and Letha Maples. Nathan loved drawing, collecting reptiles, listening to music, and hunting and fishing. He is survived by his children, Skyler Kennedy, and Caleb Kennedy; fiancé, Brittany Davis; step-children, Mackenzie Davis, and Jason Davis; sisters, Jessica (Matthew) Windfelder, Michelle Griffin; brothers, James Fortner, Brian Fortner; nieces and nephews, Dannyelle, Noel, Aaron, Josh, Hannah, Emma, Braylen, Hope, Paige, Kaelin, Shealee. The family will receive friends at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend, Monday, September 5, 2022 from 5:00 PM till 6:00 PM. His funeral service will follow the visitation at 6:00 PM in the Gentry Family East Bend Chapel with Rev. Chris Holt, and Rev. Rebecca Holt officiating.
