Patsy Elizabeth Melton Howard

Patsy Elizabeth Melton Howard, 69, passed away Friday June 28, 2019. She was born January 10, 1950 in Surry County to the late Wilson Asbury Melton, Jr. and Julia Elizabeth Hutchens Melton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bud Wilkins, grandparents Wilson and Grace Melton. Surviving is her son Michael (Cynthia) Little. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday July 6, 2019 at Turners Creek Baptist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 11:00 AM following the visitation at the Church by Rev. Scott Welch. Burial will follow at South Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff at Mountain Valley Hospice, Dr. Jacks, and her special friend Herbert Pryor for the loving care given to Mrs. Howard.
