Patsy Darnelle Lane

Ms. Patsy Darnelle Lane, 73, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025. She was born in Yadkin County on May 27, 1951 to Henry Arch Lane and Vernie Mae Lane. Patsy retired from Unifi. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved so very much. She will be missed by everyone who had the special privilege to know her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Lynn Ragsdale and a brother, Archie Lane. She is survived by a daughter, Toni Lanette Poore and husband, Michael Poore; grandchildren, Dustin Dudley, Nathaniel Poore, Zach Ragsdale, Shalynn Smith, and Shauna Klask; great-grandchildren, Charlotte Dudley, Bryson Dudley, Carter McKinney, Noah McKinney, Colson Lee McKinney, Axtyn Powell, and Sophie Harris; and nephews, Chad Lane and Matthew Lane.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Friendship Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Poindexter officiating. Gentry Family Funeral Service of East Bend is serving the Lane family.
