Paul Jeffrey Noe, 58, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021 at NH Forsyth Medical Center.  Jeff was born July 14, 1963 in Martinsville, VA, the son of Paul Carter Noe, Jr. and Elouise Horne Noe.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 39 years, Sandra Duncan Noe; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey David (Micah) Noe; two grandchildren, Madilyn Marie Noe and Wesley Reid Noe; his mother, Elouise Horne Noe; a brother and sister-in-law, Marty (Cathy) Noe; father-in-law, Anderson Duncan; mother-in-law, Mary McCormick; and his best friend, Lee Deatherage.  He was preceded in death by a son, Chad Andrew Noe; his father, Paul Carter Noe Jr.; and a sister, Minnie Marie Richardson. 

Jeff deeply loved his family and spent as much time as possible with his wife, son, and grandchildren.  He was a man of God and loved his church, especially bible study on Wednesday night.  Jeff enjoyed playing at Papa’s Park with the grandkids, cheering on NC State, going to dirt races, and listening to music. He traveled with NASCAR, the last 18 years, selling souvenirs with his wife by his side.  Jeff was a kind man who worked hard. Jeff was a 1981 graduate of North Stokes High School. He was a loving devoted husband, father, Papa, and friend. “To know him was to love him.”

A Living Celebration of Life was held on July 17, 2021, no other services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, Jeff would request you donate to a fund set up for his grandchildren at Edward Jones in Yadkinville. Attn: Jeff Noe’s Grandchildren 

The family would like to thank the staff at NH Forsyth Medical Center with special appreciation for nurse, Rose (an angel sent by God).

The family is extremely thankful and blessed for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support.
