Phoenix Oren Thomas Clemmons

Yadkinville Baby Phoenix Oren Thomas Clemmons passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Phoenix was born January 1, 2017 in Forsyth County to Adam Thomas Clemmons and Molly Caitlin Stokes. He is preceded in death by great grandparents, Oren and Betty Williams and Charles Clemmons. In addition to his parents, Phoenix is survived by his grandparents, Beth Reynolds, Jennifer Stokes, Jeff (Angela) Cope, and Trent Shaffer; great grandmother, Jennifer Clemmons; great-great grandmother, Reba Hollingsworth; uncle and aunts, Dawson and Josie Shaffer and Chloe and Alexis Cope; and several other family members. Phoenix was a special little boy who changed the lives of everyone around him. To his family, he was perfect. His smile warmed our hearts and our hearts will never be the same. A memorial service will be held at a later date for Phoenix. The family requests no flowers, but memorials be made to the American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way Naples, FL 34110.
