Robert William "Bobby" Settles

Robert William “Bobby” Settles, 62, passed away Tuesday June 6, 2023. He was born December 10, 1960 to the late Jack Settles and Dematris Goad Settles. Mr. Settles loved drawing, gardening, farming, truck driving, and most of all spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife Brenda Gunter Settles; children Vickie Horton (David Marquez), Jennifer (Jason) Myers, Amanda Easter (Mark Bedsaul), Victoria Butcher (Jeff Edwards); grandchildren Brandon, Tony, Scott, Tyler, Jase, Dakota, Dale, Miranda, Elana, Mason, Logan, Lyndsey; great grandchild Raelynne, one on the way; sister Angel (Kevin) Wright; brothers Danny Settles, Jimmy (Rhonda) Settles; special friends Sarah Wood, Donnie Evans, Ed Hatcher. The family will receive friends from 9:00 – 10:00 AM Saturday June 10, 2023 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will be conducted at 10:00 AM following the visitation on Saturday in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev. David Tolbert.
