Ronald Ernest Ashley

Yadkinville Mr. Ronald Ernest Ashley, 74, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Yadkin Nursing Center. Mr. Ashley was born April 16, 1945 in Yadkin County to Ernest and Thelma Cozart Ashley. He enjoyed magazines, animals, babies, and his hats. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ashley was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Ann Ashley; and a brother, Roger Ashley. He is survived by a sister, Colleen Haynes; a brother, Bill Ashley; and several nieces and nephews. Due to governmental restrictions, a private graveside will be conducted at Longtown Cemetery. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Ashley family.
