Roy Midas Eddleman, 82, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. He was born January 13, 1942 in Yadkin County to the late Neal Anderson Eddleman and Buelah Southard Eddleman. Mr. Eddleman enjoyed Fishing, gardening, and softball. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Bubba McEwen; brothers Johnny Eddleman and Jim Eddleman. Surviving are his wife Zelma Swisher Eddleman; children Teresa E. McEwen, Roy Neal (Michelle) Eddleman; grandchildren Shorty (Heather) McEwen, Maria (Trae) Hill; great grandchildren Jesse McEwen, Marshall McEwen, Jordan Hill; sister Ann (Harold) Myers; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday April 1, 2024 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM April 2, 2024 at Turners Creek Baptist Church by Rev. Scott Welch. He will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family would like to say a very special thanks to everyone who helped Roy in the past three years. Gentry Family Funeral service in Yadkinville is serving the Eddleman family.
