Sandra "Sandy" Kay Carter Harris

Sandy lived a life completely devoted to The Lord Jesus Christ and her family. She was a faithful prayer warrior, constantly interceding on behalf of her kids, grand kids, family and church family. A scholar of The King James Bible like no other. A constant witness for The Lord, standing on his word. She ran the race faithfully to the end and finished well. She is happy in Gloryland with our Savior that she dearly loved. Sandra Kay Carter Harris was born April 1, 1957 to the late Ray Bob Carter and Betty Lou Weatherman Carter. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Julie Elizabeth Harris. Surviving are her sons, Matthew Harris and Mark (Amber) Harris; grandsons, Alastair Harris, Hiram Harris, and Ean Key; granddaughters, Anna Harris, Emily Harris, Leah Harris; step-grandchildren, Emily Mabe, Thomas Mabe, and Raylan Mabe. She leaves a sister Linda (Larry) Adams and a brother Barry (Carol) Carter and their son, Chad Carter. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Thursday April 5, 2018 at Marler Road Baptist Church. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 PM Thursday April 5, 2018 at Fall Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Randy Johnson and Dr. Charlie Kennedy. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Harris family.
