Shara Crossman Hutchens

Shara Gail Crossman Hutchens, 73, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. She was born March 18, 1949 in Forsyth County to the late Billy Hall Crossman, and Jonnie Welch Crossman. She is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Hutchens, and her brother, Jerry (Vicky) Crossman. Shara enjoyed riding horses, fishing, and spending time at their place on the New River. The family will receive friends at Gentry Family Funeral Service, Monday, March 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM. Her funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM in the Gentry Family Chapel with Dr. Allen Barker and Rev. Tim Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Northwood Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of Woltz Hospice Home for the loving care given to Shara. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville is serving the Hutchens family.
