Stephanie Chipman Bowers

Jonesville Ms. Stephanie Michelle Chipman Bowers, 43, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Stephanie was born July 13, 1977 in Surry County to Gary and Lynn L. Chipman. She enjoyed art and drawing. In addition to her father, Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Chipman and Everett and Geraldine Luffman. She is survived by her mother, Lynn Chipman; a brother, Christopher Lee Chipman and fiancée Amy Jo Couch; two nephews, Damian Bryce and Benjamin Chase Chipman; grandmother, Barbara Chipman; her husband, Matthew Williams; two step daughters, Brielle and Bristal Williams; her K-9 companion, Stewie; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00PM, Friday, April 9, 2021 at Gentry Family Chapel in Jonesville. Burial will follow at Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mtn. Valley Hospice 243 N. Lee Ave. Yadkinville, NC 27055.
