Teresa Myers Gilpin

State Road Mrs. Teresa Diane Myers Gilpin, 58, passed away Friday, September 6, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Gilpin was born December 6, 1960 in Surry County to William and Celia McCoin Myers. She enjoyed gardening, painting, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Gilipin was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Gene Gilpin; and an infant brother, Gary Myers. She is survived by three sons, Les (Pam) Gilpin, Neil (Jessica) Gilpin, and Matthew Gilpin; grandchildren, Chase, Ethan, Dylan, Grayson, Caleb, Skylar, Ava, and Macey Nichole Gilpin; a sister, Wilma Myers; and a brother, Jeff (Heather) Myers. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:30PM, Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Joey Burton officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00PM, prior to the service at Gentry Funeral Service in Jonesville. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Gilpin family.
