Terry Lynn Chambers, 59, passed away Wednesday August 4, 2021. He was born August 11, 1961 in Iredell County to Lendon McKinley Chambers and Thelma Lee Barnard Chambers. Terry served in the US Army Special Forces . Terry loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and his farm in Clingman, NC. He was preceded in death by his mother Thelma Chambers. Surviving are his wife Melissa Harris Chambers; two daughters Jennie (Justin) Smith, Hannah Chambers; father Lendon Chambers; sister Leslie (Marvin) Andrews; two brothers Darrell (Anue) Chambers; Chris Chambers; several nieces and nephews. A public viewing 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Friday August 6, 2021 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His funeral will be conducted at 11:00 Am Saturday August 7, 2021 at New Hope Baptist Church by Brenda Wallace. He will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Full Military Honors by the NC National Guard and VFW Post 10346. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Chambers family.
