"Tom" Thomas Owen Dunlevy

“Tom” Thomas Owen Dunlevy Sr., age 72, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He was born May 27, 1948 in Lenoir County to the late Francis Paul Dunlevy Sr., and Ethel Orr Moore Dunlevy. He is survived by his wife, Linda Ring Dunlevy; his children, Thomas “Todd” Dunlevy Jr., Micah (Karen) Dunlevy, Robbi (Jana) Dunlevy, and Courtney (Scott Sanchez) Dunlevy; grandchildren, Magan (Marty) Eller, Blake Johnson, Keira Dunlevy, and Maddox Dunlevy; brother Francis Paul (Brenda) Dunlevy Jr. Mr. Dunlevy was a marathon runner, he enjoyed reading, and he was an all-around handyman. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4820 Kinnamon Rd., Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Mr. Dunlevy will be available for viewing at the funeral home on Monday, January 25, 2021 from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The family would like to thank the staff of Hugh Chatham Hospital, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, and Forsyth Memorial Hospital for the loving care shown to Tom.
